The room was spotless and impressive and also had a bath. The location was unbeatable, not too far away from a public market. This hotel was in a great area very close to staff friendly, Toronto and restaurants.
The staff were quite rude, didn't expect that coming.

We recently stayed at Omni in Toronto for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, and we got a discounted price due to reduced services. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who recommended an amazing Spanish restaurant called Tapia. The rooms were clean and recently renovated, providing a nice and spacious accommodation. We also enjoyed the Retreat to Romance package with its added perks. it was a lovely experience thanks to the warm and efficient staff.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The American breakfast I had was satisfying, and I was delighted to find out that they upgraded my room to a deluxe king room for this visit; the location was excellent as well since there was a suite nearby within walking distance.

The Xmas decoration was lovely and set a warm and welcoming ambiance. The front desk staff was helpful and polite when answering our questions. We enjoyed the free water bottles and the complimentary champagne bottle and chocolate-covered strawberries that were waiting for us in our spacious room. The hotel is located conveniently near several attractions and restaurants, making it easy to walk and explore the area.
The room was somewhat dimly lit, which made it difficult to read or work in the evenings. Additionally, the hotel's dining options, while convenient, were quite expensive.
